Description
Vormrodian Projects is an independent small organization of private personal business. It was founded on January 17th 2021 by Vormrodo and provides digital services of no cost for free use. The small organization has no intention of profit but the goal to make it possible for class-conscious leftists, revolutionaries as well as the oppressed in working classes worldwide to surf the Internet without censorship and surveillance.
Our approaches
We're not just providing useful services which already exist, we want to create better platforms by learning from existing ones where ours are unique and qualitative. A darknet search engine? Numerous already exist. An XMPP server? Hundreds exist - It is important how they function and why they are deployed, how they are served and with what advantages, not their existence alone.
We have set the goals we want to reach with our projects without focussing on profiting in any way and operate the infrastructure as an free time activity. With our service, we will never sell any information or sensitive data to databrokers or tech giants, not even if such were collected. We are limiting the amount of personal information being saved on our servers as much as possible, refuse to save any logs and we also don't implement analytical tools.
There is no trust in the bourgeois class in times of the uprising of fascism in nation states, which is more and more aiming for reactionary and human rights violating laws like with the plan of a chat control in the EU. Many people still use the messengers or social media services of tech monopolies, which can set up a backdoor for sham democratic governments at any time. That is why we are trying to introduce open-source and decentralized alternatives to the people, where they themselves have control over such.
